Ahead of the highly-anticipated release of their forthcoming reissue Anthology 4, The Beatles have shared a new unreleased recording of their song “I’ve Just Seen A Face (Take 3) – which was recorded June 14, 1965, at Abbey Road Studios. Written by Paul McCartney, ‘I’ve Just Seen A Face’ originally appeared on the group’s album Help.

This version of “I’ve Just Seen A Face” is just one of 13 previously unreleased recordings included on Anthology 4, due on November 21st.  Curated and remastered by Giles Martin, Anthology 4 will feature 13 unreleased demos, rare sessions from 1963-1969, and new mixes from their original producer Jeff Lynne.

The ‘Anthology’ records were first released 30 years ago, originally part of a documentary series of the same name – which is also set to be reissued on Disney+ as a nine-part series on November 26th. The series was paired with three double albums that spanned classic hits and rare demos, mirroring the story the four Beatles—McCartney, Lennon, Ringo Starr and George Harrison—share in the series.

The Anthology Collection box set will feature the original three Anthology albums, plus the new fourth Anthology 4 installment. The box set will be released digitally and as a 12-LP or eight-CD collection. All formats are available for preorder HERE.

Aside from the box set, Anthology 4 will also be released on its own, as a three-LP or two-CD set, featuring 36 tracks, including the 13 previously unreleased bonus tracks.  Presave ‘The Beatles’s Anthology 4’ – HERE.
